Grow Health & Mindset Coaching is a husband-and-wife team driven by a shared passion for living and performing at our best, at work, as parents, in our relationships, and in our health and mindset.
We practice what we preach. The tools we deliver are the same practical strategies we’ve used over the past 15 years to navigate challenges, build resilience, and perform consistently through both demanding seasons and good times.

Get to know your Coaches
MEET SHAUN
I bring over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellbeing industries, along with a Bachelor’s degree in PDHPE and full qualifications as a mindset coach. My deep passion for emotional and physiological intelligence drives me to specialise in coaching high performance and well-being, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Having spent over 13 years as the Coordinator of Wellbeing in a youth juvenile facility, I’ve developed a unique ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life, whether they are elite athletes or everyday people. I focus on simplifying the complex science behind brain and body performance, helping my clients achieve proven success through powerful, actionable strategies.
My approach is authentic, driven by my own experiences, and ensures that every piece of advice I share is something I live and practice myself. The work I do continues to make a meaningful impact, empowering individuals and teams to unlock their true potential.
MEET ASH
I’m Ash, and I support individuals and teams to create lasting change through improved mindset, health and performance.
My work spans 1:1 coaching, corporate and workplace programs, and support the delivery of our Beyond The Tools Workshops. I help people build confidence, clarity and sustainable habits so they can perform at their best — personally and professionally.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve tested and refined practical tools to support mindset, health and high performance across all areas of life. After 12 years in a highly competitive corporate environment, followed by building a successful business, I learned that long-term performance isn’t about doing more — it’s about balance, self-awareness and consistency.
Becoming a mum marked a major transition in my life. Applying the same principles I teach helped me navigate that shift, reconnect with myself, and continue to grow in this new chapter.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others do the same — using simple, practical tools that work in real life, not just in theory.
